ZYCOMM CCTV & Networking provides ZYCOMM CCTV Camera Sales & Installation of IP & Analog Surveillance Systems, Networking Solutions,Biometric Attendance Systems,Video Door Phones,Access Control Systems,Wireless Bridge & Fiber Networking,Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC),Repair & Technical Support.
All quotations are valid for the period mentioned in the quotation.Prices are subject to change without prior notice until the order is confirmed.GST and other applicable taxes will be charged as per government regulations.Any additional materials or services requested after quotation approval will be billed separately.
Orders are confirmed only after receiving the required advance payment or written confirmation from the customer..
Advance payment may be required before procurement or installation.The remaining payment is due immediately after installation unless otherwise agreed.Delayed payments may attract additional charges or suspension of support services.
Installation will be performed during agreed business hours.Customers must provide safe and uninterrupted access to the installation site.Civil work, fabrication, electrical work, internet connection, conduit work, or additional cabling not mentioned in the quotation will be charged separately.Delays caused by site readiness are the customer's responsibility.
Products are covered under the respective manufacturer's warranty.Installation workmanship warranty applies only for the period specified in the invoice or service agreement.Warranty does not cover:Physical damage,Water or moisture damage,Lightning or electrical surge,Fire or natural disasters,Rodent or insect damage,Unauthorized repairs or modifications,Improper handling or misuse.
AMC covers only the services specifically mentioned in the AMC agreement.AMC does not include:Replacement of defective hardware unless specified.,Damage due to power fluctuations or natural disasters.,Customer negligence or vandalism.,Consumable materials and accessories unless included in the contract.
Warranty service is available only for eligible products.Paid service charges may apply for out-of-warranty products.Emergency visits, remote locations, or after-business-hours services may incur additional charges.
Customers are responsible for:Providing continuous power supply,Maintaining stable internet connectivity for remote viewing.,Protecting equipment against theft, water, rodents, dust, and accidental damage.,Keeping usernames and passwords secure.,Informing ZYCOMM immediately if any issue is noticed..
ZYCOMM CCTV & Networking is not responsible for any Loss of CCTV recordings,Hard disk failure,Power interruptions,Internet downtime,Software corruption,Accidental deletion of recordings,Cybersecurity incidents affecting customer networks.Customers are advised to regularly verify recording functionality and maintain backups of important footage.
Our CCTV and security systems are designed to assist in surveillance but cannot guarantee prevention of theft, crime, accidents, or security incidents.ZYCOMM CCTV & Networking shall not be liable for:,Theft or burglary,Property damage,Financial losses,Personal injury,Business interruption,Loss of recorded footage,Any indirect or consequential damages.
Products with verified manufacturing defects may be repaired or replaced according to the manufacturer's warranty policy,Installed, used, physically damaged, or customer-misused products are not eligible for return,Refunds are not applicable for customized installations or special-order products
Orders cancelled after procurement of materials may attract cancellation charges.Advance payments for customized products or completed work are non-refundable.
All website content, logos, graphics, photographs, designs, and trademarks belong to ZYCOMM CCTV & Networking and may not be copied or reproduced without written permission.
Customer information is kept confidential and is used only for providing products, services, billing, and support. We do not sell or share customer information with third parties except where required by law.
ZYCOMM shall not be responsible for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, transportation delays, government restrictions, pandemics, internet outages, or power failures.
ZYCOMM CCTV & Networking reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Updated versions will be published on the website.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Raipur, Chhattisgarh.
